Support the District 54 Education Foundation
The District 54 Education Foundation is sponsoring two events in September.
The District 54 Education Foundation is raising funds for District 54 students over Labor Day weekend at Schaumburg’s Septemberfest. You can support the Foundation by parking your car for $5 at Collins School, 407 S. Summit Drive, Schaumburg, on Saturday and Sunday, August 31 and September 1. Summit is located between Roselle and Plum Grove roads. The Foundation is also participating in Not-for-Profit Day on Monday, Sept. 2, at Septemberfest. Purchase food from our partner, Riccardo’s Ristorante, and the profits will support District 54 students.
The District 54 Education Foundation is partnering with Lou Malnati’s for a fundraiser on Wednesday, September 18. Eat at or order from Lou Malnati’s Schaumburg (1 S. Roselle Road) or Lou Malnati’s Barrington Road (357 S. Barrington Road), and 20 percent of total sales will be donated to the District 54 Education Foundation. September 18 is a half-day in service, so please consider supporting the Foundation by ordering lunch from Lou’s. You must bring in or mention the flyer at the time of your order. The flyer is attached; you can also click here to access the flyer on the Foundation’s website.
The District 54 Education Foundation ensures that all District 54 students have the same opportunities by funding
- Breakfast programs at the schools so students can begin their day ready to learn,
- Grants to students with financial need so they can participate in extracurricular activities, and
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) programming.
Thank you for your continued support of the Foundation that supports District 54 students!
